Established in 1951,  is distributor and manufacturer of basic and specialty chemicals. To oversee its distribution activities, the Company has five branch offices and seven representative offices in various major cities of Indonesia, in addition to its Jakarta head office. The Company’s regional distribution activities are based out of its regional main office in Singapore, that overlooks offices in China, Thailand and Vietnam. The Company’s manufacturing portfolio includes eleven subsidiary and six affiliate companies in Indonesia and stakes in two manufacturing facilities in China and one in Vietnam. In 2001, the Company established a third business segment, called Support & Services, which is made of four subsidiary companies offering value-add services for customers requiring laboratory, supply chain, IT and water treatment solutions.
