As a manufacturer, Lautan Luas is well aware of its environmental responsibilities and the need to treat industrial waste water.

Backed by the experience, the company established Hydro Hitech Optima (H2O) in 2006 to provide services in water treatment engineering for industrial and municipal customers needing systems for clean, waste, or processed water. It aims to supply industrial companies with the most advanced water treatment technology available.

In line with the strategic direction of Lautan Luas, Organo Corporation of Japan acquired 51% of the shares of H2O previously held by the Company. This new venture (PT Lautan Organo Water) will leverage Organo's knowledge and technology to strengthen the Company's capabilities in the area of water purification and treatment, technologies, and equipment.

PT Lautan Organo Water (LOW), which aims to be a one-stop water solution provider, also provides customized water optimization that help customers to achieve saving from their existing processes.

It has customers in various industries, including food and beverages and the port authority.

With the rapid growth in demand for clean, waste, and processed water systems locally and globally, LOW will leverage the strengths of the Company and Organo to deliver improved results.
