PT Pacinesia Chemical Industry has amended the Purpose and Objective as well as the Business Activities of PT Pacinesia Chemical Industry, as stated in the Deed of No. 3 dated 15 September 2023 drawn up before Notary Dewika Shafira, S.H., M.Kn., Notary in Cilegon City, in the form of adding the Standard Classification of Field of Business (“KBLI”).
The addition of business activities in PT Pacinesia Chemical Industry is the initial stage in implementing the consolidation plan of all water treatment industry activities within the Company group into PT PT Pacinesia Chemical Industry.
