Lautan Luas upholds human rights principles as the foundation for all of the company’s operations. This commitment is reflected in our Human Rights Policy, which applies to all employees and business partners and includes the prohibition of all forms of forced labor and child labor, the implementation of non-discrimination principles, and respect for workers’ rights.

In line with this commitment, Lautan Luas ensures employee well-being through the implementation of integrated Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) practices across all operations, particularly within manufacturing facilities. The implementation of HSE is a top priority to mitigate production risks, supported by periodic evaluations through audits and reviews at each facility to ensure compliance, performance, and workplace safety standards. These efforts are strengthened through the implementation of standardized management systems, including ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001 certifications, to support a safe, healthy, reliable, and sustainable working environment.

Lautan Luas has been an active member of Responsible Care Indonesia since 2002 as a demonstration of its commitment to responsible chemical industry practices. This commitment is further implemented by our subsidiaries, PT Dunia Kimia Jaya and PT Cipta Mapan Logistik (LINC Group), which are also members of Responsible Care Indonesia.

Ecoblock Innovation: Building educational facilities using eco-friendly materials made from plastic waste. This initiative has successfully managed approximately 8.2 tons of plastic waste while serving as an environmental education platform for the younger generation.
Scholarships: Providing broader access to education for high-achieving students through tuition assistance programs.

Livelihood Empowerment
