As declared in our report to the OJK-LK and IDX on 18 August 2014 and subsequently in the national press on 19 August 2014, PT Lautan Luas Tbk is pleased to announce the approval of an interim share dividend based on strong first half results.
Shareholders of record as of the recording date, 11 September 2014, will receive Rp 29 per share from a total approved funding pool of Rp 22.62 billion on or before 25 September 2014.
